The topic for our spring lecture is 'In the Most Imminent Danger of Being Destroyed': The Christian Indian Village of Gnadenhuetten, Pennsylvania and the Seven Years' War. This power point presentation will be presented by Mr. Mark Turdo, Assistant Director of Interpretation and Curation at The Old Barracks in New Jersey. Admission is free but donations will be collected.

Happy 343rd Birthday Pennsylvania!
This event, formally known as Charter Day, is our first event of the year. This is by far our largest Living History Event of the Year. At 12 noon, a period Divine Service will be led by Tad Miller and the public is welcome to attend and participate.
The French and Indian War units attending will be the Weiser Battalion, the Augusta Regiment, and Regiment de le Reine. Also in attendance will be a Revolutionary War American unit, the German Regiment.
There will also be a display by Ye Olde Colonial Angler of 1770, Ken Reinard, in the Visitors Center.
Weather permitting there will be a demonstration of drill and firing by the 18th Century groups.

The event ends at 4 pm with the troops getting their daily rum ration.
